Taylor Agate, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for dermatology and patient-centered care. She earned her Master’s degree from Samuel Merritt University and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), the American Academy of Physician Associates (AAPA), and the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (IL SDPA).
Taylor treats a wide range of general dermatologic conditions, with particular interest in eczema, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa, skin cancer screenings, and personalized skincare routines. She takes pride in taking the time to listen to her patients, clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options, and provide care based on the most current, evidence-based research.
Outside of the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with her growing family. Whether hiking, sailing, or playing tennis and golf, she loves staying active—especially outdoors. A native Californian, she now calls the Midwest home and finds joy in soaking up nature by the shores of Lake Michigan.
